Return and Refund Policy

All returns must be approved by Kozi. Kozi makes every effort to ship top-quality products, although once in a while, a defective wrap will sneak out. In these situations, we will replace or repair any product due to a manufacturing defect. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your product at info@koziwellness.com. Include a short description of the defect, 1 close-up image of the defective area, 1 image of the entire product, and your contact information. You will be contacted by customer service explaining how we will assist you with the return or replacement.

How do I return an item on my own?  

1. Please reach out to Kozi customer support to initiate a return.
2. Kindly state your reasons and provide your order number and which platform to  purchase from.
3. Include a short description of the defect, 1 close-up image of the defective area, 1  image of the entire product
4. Kozi support will share the corresponding return address with you.
5. Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse.
6. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your product at info@koziwellness.com

Valid proof of purchase:

1. Order numbers from online purchases made through Kozi official store.
2. Warranty claims for product defects expires 6 months from the purchase day.
3. Warranty claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period.

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

1. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
2. Buyer’s accidental returns (e.g. forgetting to pick up the item).
3. Returning defective items require international shipping.
4. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).

Not Covered Under Warranty:

1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
2. Lost or stolen products
3. Items that have expired their warranty period
4. Non-quality-related issues
5. Free products/ Gift by KOZI
6. Repairs through 3rd parties
7. Damage from outside sources
8. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
9. Purchases from unauthorized resellers
10.Certified Refurbished Products.

KOZI does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

KOZI reserves all the right for final interpretation of these Terms of Warranty above and the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior notification.

Exchange Policy:

If you change your mind, want a different or want a different color, no problem. We totally get it. Just let us know how we can help you get the item you really want. While we offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more, we are not able to offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice, along with your contact information inside the return package. We will reach out once your return has been processed to arrange credit or exchange. Keep a copy of the return tracking information. We cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. While we offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more, we are not able to offer free shipping on returns. Please include complete contact information inside the return package, we will contact you to credit your return. Always keep a copy of tracking information.

When you input your personal and credit card information, we use at least 128 bit SSL encryption to transmit your data securely. Our SSL certificate is issued with Lets Encrypt through our hosting company Flywheel. Our credit card processing is handled by PayPal We do not permanently store your credit card details; we only pass your credit card information to our processor to complete your order.

MANUFACTURER DEFECT

Kozi products are handcrafted with care, although in the event you receive a Kozi wrap or pack with a manufacturer defect, please snap 1 close-up image of the damaged area and 1 image of the entire wrap. Send both images along with a brief explanation to info@koziwellness.com. Our customer service department will contact you outlining how we plan to address your specific problem. Manufacture defects must be reported within 15 days of purchase.
