Shipping And Delivery Information

Kozi ships merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Kozi uses USPS for its shipments and may substitute UPS service where applicable. Pick-up services are Monday-Friday. Multiple products may be shipped in the same box.

Shipping and handling charges are determined as follows: Purchase below 120 USD shipping charges will be applicable as 10.99 USD. Orders of 120 USD or more ships for free.

All orders placed after 1pm Pacific time will be processed on our next business day (M-F).
